Over the years, new year resolutions have been a tradition among folks. It is seen as the result of an evaluation of the previous year with a bid to smoothen creases in the new year. However, statistics show that a huge percentage of resolutions do not survive past the first two months of the year. Many don’t even make it that far. Does that make it a waste of time?, Are there ways to be more intention and stick to our resolutions?, Are resolutions a yay or nay?. Well it all depends on you. I would be sharing tips on how to be more intentional about our resolutions.
First of all, we must understand that resolutions demand a resolve, it is born out of a yearning to change something about yourself, start or stop doing something in the new year. That being said, let’s go to the tips.
